The original demo is a 5.8-second excerpt. The anonymised demo was produced
locally by QuietTake's browser-based face anonymisation tool from that excerpt.

The excerpt starts at 0.3 seconds in the source. Both demo files retain the
same original audio; face anonymisation changes only the image. Audio was
restored without re-encoding the existing video streams using
apps/web/scripts/restore-face-demo-audio.sh.

Face organizer demo (2026-11-06): reference.jpg is a full frame at 4 seconds;
photo.jpg is a different full frame at 2 seconds. interview.mp4 is the same original
5.8-second excerpt. no-face.png is a generated geometric landscape with no face.
The interactive example runs the actual browser face model; results are not preset.
